How we will work

The Programme will have three Phases:

  • Phase 1 — consultation, research and piloting the VISIBLE quality framework
  • Phase 2 — evaluating the results of the consultation, research and pilot programme; adapting the framework; developing a strategy to promote the framework to FBOs.
  • Phase 3 — disseminate the learning from the pilot, publicise the quality framework to all stakeholders and promote its adoption by FBOs.
