Partnership Development Co-ordinator

This inspirational full-time project manager role will oversee anew team. Signposting is aprticularly important when providing services for the vulnerable and needy members of our communities. The team will Map services, identify gaps in resources and link with commissioners of services across Surrey's Council boundaries. The Co-ordiantor will also support the wider work of the Communities Engagament Team and the Diocese and must be committed to the values of the Church of England.
