Affordable training in South Yorkshire on 'doing it right'.
Cross Keys Associates based in Doncaster are running a series of linked half-day sessions entitled “Doing it Properly” - Running the Organisation: A Training Programme for Trustees and key staff and volunteers. Each of the five sessions costs £50 and there are reductions for booking multiple sessions. The first session on March 11th is focused on Setting up a Project: Feasibility Studies, Business Planning and Funding Strategies. Click on ‘courses’ for the details of the full series. Cross Keys is a small private training provider and several of the trainers have a good understanding of and background in faith communities.
The course covers:
- finding out if there is a need for your project or plan;
- carrying out consultations;
- will your project work?
- what resources do you need to make it work?
- developing a business plan for your project;
- identifying resources to make your project work;
- developing a funding strategy.
